It's a new year and that means it's time to focus on fitness! To start off strong, register for the whole month of fitness classes for just $75! once you sign up, just walk in to any fitness class and if you come to all 12 classes you will receive a certificate for a FREE Flying Trapeze class!  Don't want to commit to the whole month?  You can register for them individually for just $10.

Get the whole month of conditioning classes for just $75! normally $15 per class, that's a savings of $120! 

Our Strength & Conditioning class is a 45min long full body strength and cardio class. We work on increasing strength in areas specific to aerialists.  We focus on the small muscles in the shoulders and arms as well as increasing core strength, grip strength and back strength.  Please wear socks and bring a water bottle.
