What is your re-scheduling policy & cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule your lesson, we have a 48 hour requirement. Please contact the office via phone or email at least 48 hours, or more, prior to the start of your appointment if you need to change your time or date. We do not typically offer cash refunds for cancelling or moving the date of your class, but we will work to reschedule your lesson to a better date. FFA only grants cash refunds in the most extenuating circumstances.
If FFA decides to cancel classes due to the impending weather forecast, we will do our best to notify you the morning of your class, via email and phone call, so check your voice-mail and inbox. If this happens, we’ll work to reschedule your class for another time or day. If the weather looks iffy, and you’re not sure if class is on, please don’t hesitate to call us.
Unfortunately, the weather in New England can be unpredictable at times, and rain can suddenly and unexpectedly occur during your lesson. If this is the case, and the class is cancelled less than halfway into the lesson, you will receive 50% credit towards a future class. If class is more than 50% complete while your lesson is cancelled due to weather, then class is considered complete and over.
If there is only 1 student enrolled in the Flying Trapeze lesson, then we reserve the right to cancel the lesson and notify you. If we cancel a class due to low-enrollment, we will usually notify you that same morning of your class via phone AND email, and we will work to re-schedule you to another convenient date & time. If we do not call or email you that morning, then most likely, we intend on running your class (weather permitting). Feel free to call us if you have questions or concerns. Usually if there are at least 2 students registered in class, we will try to run your lesson. However, you can expect the lesson to be shorter, between 60 – 90 minutes instead of the full 2 hours, if there are only a couple of students enrolled.
Aerial Fabrics and Aerial Statics lessons are always 45 minutes, and they will always be held even if there is only 1 student enrolled (weather permitting).
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or discounts for missed classes or arriving late to a class. Please allow yourself some extra travel-time just in case the traffic is bad, or in case you get lost. Some people like to reserve their lesson weeks in advance, if so, please mark the date in your calendar so that you don’t forget to show up!
