2.   When should I arrive?

Try to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your lesson.  This will give you time to check-in, fill out any paperwork, and stretch your arms and legs.  Also, allow yourself some extra travel-time just in case the traffic is bad, or in case you get lost.

3.  Where can I park?

Parking is free!  We have a parking lot right in front of the building.

4.   Can my family come and watch?

Yes, of course!  The more the merrier!  However, everyone has to obey our safety rules when they are in the gym area whether they are participating or just watching.  We also have a glass viewing area on the second floor that anyone is welcome to use.

5.  What is your rescheduling policy & cancellation policy?

We have a no-refunds policy.  But we understand that sudden conflicts can arise, so we allow rescheduling of classes to a different available date with at least 48 hours of notice (preferably via email). If notice is given with less than 48 hours, you forfeit your ability to reschedule your class.

In cases of sudden illness, we ask that you be courteous to the students and stay home! Please contact us about rescheduling due to sudden illness on a case-by-case basis.

6.   If I am late to my class, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately no, we don't offer refunds.  Please allow yourself some ample travel-time just in case the traffic is bad.  Some people like to reserve their lesson weeks in advance, if so, please mark the date in your calendar so that you don't forget to show up!  If you miss your class without notifying us at least 48 hours beforehand, we will not be able to reschedule you.

ALSO...We have FREE rewards program for all students to help you save even more!  It's called the Passport Program!  Starting with your 3rd class at Fearless Flyers Academy, you will be automatically enrolled in our rewards program.  Here's how it works:  Starting on you 3rd visit, we give you a "passport" to take home.  It's your job to bring your passport with you from now on.  And every time you visit, you will get a Frequent-Flyer Stamp in your Passport.  Every 10 stamps, and your next class is FREE.  Cool huh?!  Ask the front-desk for more details.

10.  Is this indoors or outdoors?

We were formerly outdoors...but we've expanded & upgraded!  Any outdoor pictures that you see are from our earlier years.  Now, we are 100% indoors in a climate-controlled facility.  It's pretty amazing.  You're unlikely to find a Flying Trapeze, Aerials, or Acrobatic facility that compares to ours.  Our gym was built from scratch for the sole-purpose of providing you flying trapeze, acrobatic lessons, and entertainment!  We knew that you always had dreams of becoming an acrobat, that's why we're here...

11.  Can I wear shoes?  Can I bring food or snacks?

NO SHOES inside the training area!  In fact, even spectators who want to enter the training must take off their shoes as well.  This keeps our mats clean & our floors sanitary.  If there are spectators who don't want to take off their shoes, they can watch from the 2nd floor viewing area.
